Monday {my birthday!}:

  • Breakfast – oatmeal with cinnamon sugar
  • Lunch – ham and cheese sandwich
  • Dinner – pasta/Junior League meeting for me

Tuesday:

  • Breakfast – plain oatmeal
  • Lunch – grilled cheese
  • Dinner – batter dipper chicken sandwiches {recipe to be posted}, mashed potatoes, corn
  • Baking – buttermilk chocolate Mexican cake {recipe to be posted}

Wednesday:

  • Breakfast – pancakes
  • Lunch – leftover chicken sandwiches
  • Dinner – pork macaroni & cheese {recipe to be posted}

Thursday:

  • Breakfast – oatmeal with cinnamon and sugar
  • Lunch – leftovers/out to eat?
  • Dinner – applewood salmon, vegetables, fried potatoes

Friday:

  • Breakfast – scrambled eggs & toast
  • Lunch – leftovers
  • Dinner – out to dinner

Saturday:

  • Breakfast – toast with butter & cinnamon sugar
  • Lunch – sandwiches
  • Dinner – leftovers

Sunday:

  • Breakfast – toast with butter & jelly
  • Lunch – oatmeal with cinnamon sugar
  • Dinner – leftovers/sandwiches
