Wednesday:

  • Breakfast – toast with jelly
  • Lunch -large salad with shredded chicken
  • Dinner – leftovers

Thursday:

  • Breakfast -oatmeal with cinnamon sugar
  • Lunch – peanut butter & jelly sandwich
  • Dinner – lemon beef {recipe to be posted}, veggies, and potatoes

Friday:

  • Breakfast – oatmeal with cinnamon sugar
  • Lunch – leftovers
  • Dinner – stromboli

Saturday:

  • Breakfast – pancakes
  • Lunch – leftovers
  • Dinner – lamb pita pizzas {recipe to be posted}

Sunday:

  • Breakfast – toast with butter
  • Lunch – large salad with ham and chicken
  • Dinner – spaghetti
