Running
I’ve run competitively since I was 14, and since then it has been a large part of my life. For me, running is all about relaxation and getting outside. At this point, I’m less worried about my times and more concerned with just having fun. I’m planning to push Samuel in the jogger for almost every race for now, and I expect that to be a lot of fun!
You can find me on Daily Mile if you want to check out my workouts & cross training.
