Monday:

  • Breakfast – oatmeal with apples and cinnamon
  • Lunch – leftovers
  • Dinner – Junior League meeting for me, sandwich for Nathan

Tuesday:

  • Breakfast -eggs & cheese
  • Lunch -peanut butter & jelly sandwich
  • Dinner -spaghetti

Wednesday:

  • Breakfast – plain oatmeal
  • Lunch – soup
  • Dinner – take out

Thursday:

  • Breakfast – toast with butter & jelly
  • Lunch – soup
  • Dinner – chili

Friday:

  • Breakfast – oatmeal with honey
  • Lunch -leftovers
  • Dinner – pita coated chicken {recipe to be posted} and veggies

Saturday:

Sunday:

  • Breakfast -oatmeal with apples & cinnamon
  • Lunch – sandwiches
  • Dinner -leftovers
