  • Dinner – chicken primavera

Tuesday:

  • Breakfast – oatmeal with cinnamon
  • Lunch -leftovers
  • Dinner – turkey wraps & veggies

Wednesday:

  • Breakfast – toast with cinnamon and butter
  • Lunch -oatmeal with apples & brown sugar
  • Dinner -chef salad with homemade ranch dressing

Thursday:

  • Breakfast – plain oatmeal
  • Lunch – leftovers
  • Dinner – leftovers

Friday:

Sunday:

  • Breakfast – buttermilk chocolate bread
  • Lunch – turkey & cheese sandwiches
  • Dinner -leftovers/pasta
