Week of May 17, 2010
I am so excited about this week! My parents are coming for my graduation on Saturday, and my mom and I are going to a great baby event over the weekend as well. Unfortunately Nathan has to miss my graduation ceremony due to his work travel, but he’ll be back for a DELCIOUS dinner on Sunday night!
Monday:
- Breakfast – oatmeal
- Lunch – yogurt & oatmeal bar
- Dinner – veggie burger & salad
Tuesday:
- Breakfast – Crispix cereal {um my favorite thanks to my dad!}
- Lunch – yogurt & oatmeal bar
- Dinner – out to eat with Nathan! {we have our L&D tour that night}
Wednesday:
- Breakfast – toast
- Lunch – Sandwich & yogurt
- Dinner – Homemade Veggie Pizza
Thursday:
- Breakfast – oatmeal
- Lunch – leftover pizza
- Dinner – sandwiches
Friday:
- Breakfast – bagels
- Lunch – Asparagus Shrimp Salad {recipe to be posted} sandwiches
- Dinner – Catfish with Rosemary & White Beans, corn, salad
Saturday {GRADUATION!!! FINALLY}:
- Breakfast – bagels
- Lunch – out to eat {my mom and I will be at the baby event}
- Dinner – graduation dinner out courtesy of my parents!
Sunday:
- Breakfast – bagels, eggs, potatoes
- Lunch – sandwiches
- Dinner – Roasted Pork Loin with Black Bean and Sweet Potato Salad and Applesauce Carrot Cake
