Week of July 12, 2010
This week I am easing back into cooking everyday again. This menu is pretty boring, but I suspect I’ll be back into the full swing of things soon!
Monday:
- Breakfast – Oatmeal with Cinnamon Sugar, coffee
- Lunch – Tuna salad & yogurt
- Dinner – Turkey Sausage, Asparagus, & Potatoes
Tuesday:
- Breakfast – Oatmeal with Cinnamon Sugar, coffee
- Lunch – leftover turkey sausage
- Dinner – Dinner with my Junior League girls at Houston’s!
Wednesday:
- Breakfast – Oatmeal with Cinnamon Sugar, coffee
- Lunch – Soup & Yogurt
- Dinner – Turkey Burgers {recipe to be posted} & Veggies
Thursday:
- Breakfast – Oatmeal with Cinnamon Sugar, coffee
- Lunch – leftover turkey burger & veggies
- Dinner – Chili {froze before I was due – will post recipe soon}
Friday:
- Breakfast – Oatmeal with Cinnamon Sugar, coffee
- Lunch – leftover chili
- Dinner – Baked Ziti {froze leftovers from a while back} Chorizo Tacos {recipe to be posted}
Saturday:
- Breakfast – Oatmeal with Cinnamon Sugar, coffee
- Lunch – leftover baked ziti
- Dinner – Picnic {we’re going to see a movie at the park}
Sunday:
- Breakfast – Oatmeal with Cinnamon Sugar, coffee
- Lunch – Sandwiches
- Dinner – BBQ Turkey Joes {recipe to be posted} & Veggies
