Week of July 12, 2010

This week I am easing back into cooking everyday again.  This menu is pretty boring, but I suspect I’ll be back into the full swing of things soon!

Monday:

  • Breakfast – Oatmeal with Cinnamon Sugar, coffee
  • Lunch – Tuna salad & yogurt
  • Dinner – Turkey Sausage, Asparagus, & Potatoes

Tuesday:

  • Breakfast – Oatmeal with Cinnamon Sugar, coffee
  • Lunch – leftover turkey sausage
  • Dinner – Dinner with my Junior League girls at Houston’s!

Wednesday:

  • Breakfast – Oatmeal with Cinnamon Sugar, coffee
  • Lunch – Soup & Yogurt
  • Dinner – Turkey Burgers {recipe to be posted} & Veggies

Thursday:

  • Breakfast – Oatmeal with Cinnamon Sugar, coffee
  • Lunch – leftover turkey burger & veggies
  • Dinner – Chili {froze before I was due – will post recipe soon}

Friday:

  • Breakfast – Oatmeal with Cinnamon Sugar, coffee
  • Lunch – leftover chili
  • Dinner – Baked Ziti {froze leftovers from a while back} Chorizo Tacos {recipe to be posted}

Saturday:

  • Breakfast – Oatmeal with Cinnamon Sugar, coffee
  • Lunch – leftover baked ziti
  • Dinner – Picnic {we’re going to see a movie at the park}

Sunday:

  • Breakfast – Oatmeal with Cinnamon Sugar, coffee
  • Lunch – Sandwiches
  • Dinner – BBQ Turkey Joes {recipe to be posted} & Veggies
