Week of February 22, 2010
This week is going to be a little lame. I am in the midst of the worst part of the quarter at school, and Nathan is out of town. The highlight of my week is having my dear friend Holly over for breakfast on Thursday!
Monday:
Tuesday:
- Breakfast – Toast with Butter and Cinnamon
- Lunch – Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich
- Dinner – Class!
Wednesday:
- Breakfast – Cheese and Vegetable Omelet {recipe to be posted} Oatmeal! {was running really late}
- Lunch – Canned Soup
- Dinner – Cucumber Salad and Baked Potato
Thursday:
- Breakfast {Holly comes for breakfast} – Orange Juice, Coffee, Fruit Salad, Scrambled Eggs, Pumpkin Muffins Iced Cinnamon Biscuits
- Lunch – Salad
- Dinner – Thinnest Crust Pizza with Ricotta & Mushrooms
Friday:
- Breakfast – Pumpkin Muffin
- Lunch – Leftover Pizza
- Dinner – Tomato Barley Soup {recipe to be posted} Leftovers
Saturday:
- Breakfast – Pumpkin Muffin
- Lunch – Leftover Soup
- Dinner – Eggplant Parmesan
Sunday:
- Breakfast – Pumpkin Muffin
- Lunch – Leftover Soup & Salad
- Dinner – Leftover Eggplant Parmesan
