That is fantastic! What great news. I never thought I wanted to be a stay at home mom until I met my son, and then I wished that my maternity leave would last forever. Sadly, it did not but I have the second best situation: my husband is a stay at home dad.

What a lifestyle change, but I'm sure you will love it.

Staying at home isn't the easiest thing to do but I do agree with you it is well worth it to have that extra time with your son. When I resigned I felt the same way but now that Kenny III is here I am so happy I did it so that we can spend as much time together before he grows up and starts school! Enjoy your commitments as well as your son Samuel looks very good in his photos and seems to be a very happy baby!

He is so sweet!! Your pasta dish looks fabulous. I love that kind of meal. Can eat it forever. ;-) So glad you're using the cloth diapers. I fear you're in the minority. I guess some Moms have no option since daycares may refuse to fool with cloth diapers. Scan an announcement for me and let me see one please! How fun. . . xoxo

I have made this dish 3 times...twice for just "Me" and once for some friends..
The changes I made: I softened the noodles a bit before I cut them in half &
finished cooking them .It made for a prettier dish
I used 1/4 cup of Parmesan in place of 3T
This Impressive dish is a delightful and healthy Summer Supper . All you need is Hot Crisp Bread to sop up the juices and a bowl of fresh mixed Berries with a dollop of creme fraiche for dessert..Oh yeah..An ice cold Corona or cold glass of white wine would make it perfect..
