Happy Monday!

We have a big week this week, and it all ends with Samuel being Baptized on Saturday!  This week we’re spending a considerable amount of time going through everything we own, and sorting donation, trash, and keep.  As a member of Junior League of Atlanta, I am required to donate items to Nearly New each year.  Although I met my quota already, it never hurts to give more!  I already have FOUR bags of things just from today.  How do we own so much stuff?!?

Of course this means I’ll hardly be posting this week unless I come up with a chunk of free time suddenly.  My to do list is atrocious.  Not to mention we are going to the Hawks v. Heat game on Thursday with Mike & Yoko to see them {hopefully} destroy LeBron James.

On Friday our parents & my sister are arriving for Samuel’s Baptism.  Nathan’s parents arrive early on Friday.  My sister {his Godmother} in the early evening on Friday.  My parents will be here late Friday.  One of the side effects of living far away is that my sister was the only one of our siblings that could make it.  Mike {his Godfather} and Yoko live in Atlanta, so they’ll be celebrating with us too!

Everyone will be here through the weekend {although staying at hotels} so I am going to be a cooking & baking fool this week.

Anyway, I promise to post when I can.  I have a lot of good recipes & a recap from Taste of Roswell I want to get up, but we’ll see what happens!

I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend.  The weather in Atlanta was shockingly gorgeous, and we managed to get some time without any rain for what seems like the first time in a month!

Monday: Second to last Economics class!  We have two major cases due.  Eek!

Tuesday: Junior League Education Event at HQ.  I am so very excited to go and see the girls again.  Two weeks without any JLA seems so long these days.

Wednesday: Just a lot of studying!

Thursday: Ethics final exam & final paper due.  As much as I usually love being on quarters, finals week is tough.

Friday: Drinks at Teela Taqueria with my dear friend Kathy.

Saturday: A lot more studying!  Final exam on Monday.

Sunday: Sunday School, Mass, more studying!

Good morning & happy Monday!  It is raining here in Atlanta which should shock no one at this point.  I feel like it has been raining nonstop for the past month…and it basically has.

This week is busy, but mostly in a good way.

Monday: Managerial Economics midterm is due at 6:00 then class.  I am almost giddy about finally getting that exam out of my possession.

Tuesday: Bodystep class.  Have you ever done these classes?  They will do amazing things for you.  I highly recommend them.

Wednesday: Book club!  This cycle we read The Year of Living Bibically by AJ Jacobs.  We’re meeting at La Madeline which has some of the most delicious little meals I’ve ever had.  Thanks so much to Holly & Robert for introducing me to this wonderful little restaurant!

Thursday: Ethical Leadership.  I have a paper due that I haven’t started yet!  Eek!

Friday: nothing.  Thank goodness.

Saturday: Bodypump class.  The Nearly New 60th Anniversary Celebration.

Sunday: Sunday School.  Mass.  I also would like to bake something, but I haven’t decided what yet.
