After those puppies are in the fridge for 2 days ... mix up a batch of truffle centers,
put the truffle in decorating bag.  Grab the fig, make a hole, squeeze the truffle mixture
into the hole, then dip the whole filled fig in chocolate.
The combinations are endless.
Fill with white chocolate, dip in dark.
Fill with milk choc, roll in cocoa powder or 10x sugar
OR
Put a macademia inside, dip in choc of your choice
Same with pecans (mmmmm)
