		<description>Though not at all exciting, I&#039;ve been on a huge oatmeal kick lately. I buy Nature&#039;s Path Organic Instant Oatmeal Packets with Flax seeds (Kroger&#039;s green section). It&#039;s sweetened with a little cane juice but not a ton and it doesn&#039;t have that artificial sugar taste. I put cinnamon on top. It&#039;s a filling start to the morning and feels like you&#039;re eating something that&#039;s comforting and hot, but still good for you.

Plus, since I work at a retreat center, whenever there&#039;s a retreat here the staff has breakfast together. So I need the oatmeal to counter-balance the days where there&#039;s bacon, eggs &amp; biscuits. I&#039;m not complaining- it&#039;s really cool to have breakfast &amp; lunch on a lot of days and access to a fully stocked kitchen on the other days! :)</description>
